You will comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations in your use of the Service and in the performance of your obligations under the Terms of Service.

4.3 Any verbal or written abuse of any kind (including threats of abuse or revenge) against any customer of MyEinvite.net, employee of MyEinvite. net, member or agent will result in the immediate termination of the Account.

5.2 Each party agrees to use the other party's Confidential Information only to the extent necessary to perform its obligations under these Terms of Service and in accordance with any other obligation set forth in these Terms of Use
6.1 You expressly understand and agree that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, MyEinvite.net shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including including, but not limited to, damages for lost profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
6.2 To the extent permitted by applicable law, MyEinvite.net or our suppliers shall in no event be liable for lost profits or special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our site, our Services or these Terms of Service (however resulting, including negligence). You agree to indemnify us and our parent company, our subsidiaries, our affiliates, our partners, officers, directors, agents, employees and suppliers of MyEinvite.net, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees , made by a third party due to or resulting from your breach of these Terms of Service

6.5 MyEinvite.net does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
6.6 MyEinvite.net does not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information or other materials purchased or obtained by you through the Services will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Services will be corrected.
7.1 We do not claim any intellectual property rights over the Material that you provide to the MyEinvite.net Service. All Material you post remains yours. You can delete your account at any time.
7.2 Third party partners of MyEinvite.net providing training services are fully intellectual owners of their content.
8.1 You must maintain a valid form of payment on record for Once all orders have been processed all incurred and recurring charges. MyEinvite.net will charge the applicable Fees to any valid payment method authorized by you ("Authorized Payment Method") and will continue to charge the Authorized Payment Method the applicable Fees until the services are terminated, and until all outstanding fees have been paid in full.
8.2 You are responsible for all applicable Taxes arising or resulting from your subscription or purchase of goods and services from MyEinvite.net. To the extent that MyEinvite.net charges these taxes, they are calculated using the applicable tax rates based on the billing address you provide to us. These amounts are in addition to the Fees for such goods and services and will be charged to your Authorized Payment Method. If you are exempt from payment of such Taxes, you must provide us with proof of your exemption, which in some jurisdictions includes an original certificate, which satisfies applicable legal requirements evidencing exempt status. The tax exemption will only apply on and after the date we receive satisfactory proof of your exemption for MyEinvite.net. If MyEinvite.net does not charge you Taxes, you are responsible for determining whether Taxes are payable, and if so, remitting the Taxes yourself to the appropriate tax authorities in your jurisdiction.
8.3 For the avoidance of doubt, all amounts payable by you to MyEinvite.net under these Terms of Use will be paid free of charge and without any deduction or withholding tax. Apart from the Taxes invoiced by MyEinvite.net and paid on your behalf to the competent tax authorities, the deductions or withholdings imposed by law are your responsibility and paid separately to the competent tax authority. MyEinvite.net is entitled to charge the total amount of Fees stipulated in these Terms of Use to your Authorized Payment Method, without taking into account such deduction or withholding, if necessary.
8.4 MyEinvite.net does not provide refunds.
9.1 You may cancel your Account and terminate the Terms of Service at any time by emailing support@myeinvite.net and following the specific instructions provided to you in MyEinvite.net's answer
9.2 Upon termination of the Services by either party for any reason: MyEinvite.net will cease to provide the Services to you, and you will no longer be able to access to your Account.
9.3 If, at the date of termination of the Service, you are owed any outstanding charges, you will receive a final invoice by e-mail. Once the invoice has been paid in full, you will no longer be charged
9.4 We reserve the right to modify or terminate the MyEinvite.net Service, the Terms of Service and/or your Account for any reason, without notice and at any time. . Termination of the Terms of Use does not prejudice any rights or obligations arising prior to the date of termination.
10.1 The rates for using the Services are subject to change upon 30 days notice from MyEinvite.net. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting changes to the MyEinvite.net site.
10.2 MyEinvite.net reserves the right at any time, and from time to time, to modify or discontinue the Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

11.1 From time to time, MyEinvite.net may recommend to you, provide you with access to or activate software, products, services or links to websites offered by third parties (collectively, " Third Party Services”) for your review or use. These Third Party Services are made available only as a convenience, and your purchase, access or use of any Third Party Service remains solely between you and the applicable third party service provider (“Third Party Provider”). In addition to these Terms of Service, you also agree to be bound by the specific additional service terms applicable to services you purchase or that are provided by Third Party Providers.

11.6 MyEinvite.net shall in no event be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, extraordinary, exemplary or other damages whatsoever arising out of any Third Party Service or your contractual relationship with a Third Party Provider, including Experts. These limitations apply even if MyEinvite.net has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The foregoing limitations will apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11.7 You agree to indemnify us and hold harmless (if applicable) the parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, officers, employees and providers of MyEinvite.net from any liability for any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of a Third Party Service or your relationship with a Third Party Provider.
